Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Management didnt plan the workforce needed or timing of orders to meet the demand. Mgmt left a group of high school students to figure out hundreds of orders without enough support. I ordered online at 7:19am for a 4:30 pick up. My pizzas weren't there at 4:40pm. I was told that pizza making was running 2 hours behind the selected pick up time. No pizza for us.

I went on Tuesday when it’s supposed to be $10.99 on larges and have been charged full price twice for my order. Every time I mentioned that I didn’t get the discount the person just stared at me. The pizza is always relatively good but the store is very messy.

I loved the environment of this store. Food was great aswell as the service. Will be coming here again!

I wouldn’t take the time to write this if it was just a single bad experience. We have been ordering from this location for about 7 years or more and the last 6 months have been really bad. The owner or manager of this location continuously is leaving undertrained and overwhelmed high-school kids to work through the busiest nights of the week. Friday and Saturday nights are your busy nights and a manager should be present! I’m tired of entering this location and seeing 5-8 customers, all frustrated, waiting on orders that should have been completed already. The employees are doing everything they can, but there is a lack of leadership and the employees have not been set up for success. We are loyal Papa Murphy customers and want this location to thrive! Make some changes please!

I ordered a family size pizza and the cost was 20 dollars. The last time I ordered a custom order pizza it was like 15 bucks. Why have your prices gone up so much? Dissatisfied.
